Mô tả công việc
– Conduct social compliance audits in plant, handle risk assessments, follow up corrective actions, and conduct safety programs.
– Ensure factory environment compliances, targets are maintained as per the standards of buyers and governments.
– Contribute to the development and revision of policies, guidelines, formats / manuals, tools and procedures, in particular to social compliance requirements.
– Conduct basic health & safety trainings, fire-fighting/ first aid/ ergonomics/ chemical trainings.
– Prepare Legal Documentation.
– Conduct weekly/ quarterly HSE audits in plants, follow up HSE status and corrective actions (if request).
– Attend all Social compliance audit
– Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Law, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
– Internal audit skill about social compliance.
– Labor law & HSE knowledge
– Good communication & English skills
