At the same time, it helps advertisers connect with publishers to run the campaigns. In addition, Permate Global is a place to help people connect and learn about the field of Affiliate Marketing. Permate Global also acts as a platform for connecting and learning about the Affiliate Marketing industry.

Job description:
– Analyze customer needs to proactively find, approach and exploit potential customers using the Company’s services.
– Build, manage and develop customer relationships.
– Promote contract signing, negotiation and implementation of contract signing procedures with customers.
– Complete contracts and support the customer payment process.
– Continuously contact support, listen to customer feedback about the Company’s services quickly and promptly.
– Coordinate with the technical department in identifying, reporting and resolving technical problems that arise when customers use the service;
– Develop and implement Marketing strategies with the project’s Marketing team to build the Company’s brand to customers.
– Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on work status.

Requirement:
* Knowledge:
– Understanding the Affiliate Marketing market is an advantage
– Knowledge of Web/App products and services, B2B SaaS services
– Have knowledge of sales and customer care processes.
– Have knowledge in the field of business development, customer care, B2B Sales or equivalent experience.
– At least 1 year of experience working in Sale SaaS Platform/Business Development in Technology companies and SaaS services.
– Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), equivalent to Ielts 6.0
– Ability to build and develop cooperative working relationships with customers and partners. Have a wide network with companies and individuals related to affiliate marketing needs, marketing advertising to find customers

– Good communication and presentation, negotiation, and task handling skills;
– Good negotiation and sales closing skills.
– Customer support skills
– Skills to build and maintain good customer relationships.
– Teamwork and independent skills.
– Proficient office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Responsibility, sociable personality, cheerful, proactive in work, and learning mindset

Location and working hours:
– Working hours: 08:00 – 12:00, 13:30 – 17:30 From Monday to Friday

Onsite: Lot 05 – Lot 06 Area A2, Phuong Trang high-rise commercial urban complex, Nguyen Sinh Sac Street, Hoa Minh Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang, Vietnam.
